deferral of income tax - · Establishing trusts to protect minor, disabled or other vulnerable
beneficiaries - · Forming business entities such as corporations or limited liability
companies - · Drafting buy-sell agreements for closely held businesses
- · Assisting with corporate record-keeping
- · Explaining the “fiduciary” duties and responsibilities associated
with acting as a trustee, attorney-in-fact, personal representative
